Who is the Staffing App designed for?
The app is built specifically for individual anesthesiologist business owners who staff out their own services. It gives you a complete toolset to manage shifts, contractors, facilities, and payments — all in one place.
Can contractors and facility admins access the app too?
Yes. The app includes a dedicated Contractor Portal where independent providers can view their schedule, accept shifts, and track earnings. Facility/location admins have their own view to monitor coverage status and request additional staffing.
How does shift scheduling work?
You create shifts and assign them to contractors, or post them as available for contractors to claim. The system sends automated reminders and confirmations, and the calendar gives you a full monthly view across all facilities.
Does the app handle payments to contractors?
Yes. The Payments & Invoicing module lets you track outstanding, paid, and pending invoices for each provider. You can mark invoices as paid and send payment reminders directly from the app.

How does the CME integration work?
Our system automatically pulls your CME data directly from the ABA website and syncs it to CE Broker (now required for Texas licensure). This completely eliminates the need for manual double-entry, saving you time and ensuring compliance with state requirements.
What is the difference between the two CME plans?
The Full History Import ($199/first year) imports ALL of your past CME records into CE Broker, plus provides 1 year of quarterly automated syncing. It automatically renews at $99/year. The Quarterly Sync Only ($99/year) is for those who do not need the full history import, or for annual renewal after the first year.
Do I need to do anything after signing up?
After purchase, you will provide your ABA and CE Broker account credentials so we can connect the two systems. Once set up, the service runs automatically each quarter. You will receive a confirmation notification after each sync completes.
Is the CME Broker only for Texas physicians?
Currently, yes. The service is specifically designed to meet the Texas state licensure requirement that mandates CE Broker reporting. If your state adopts a similar requirement in the future, the service can be extended.
Is my ABA login information secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption to protect all account credentials. Your login information is used solely to perform the data synchronization and is never shared with third parties.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For the Full History Import plan, refunds are available only if the import has not yet been initiated. See our Terms of Service for full details.
