Anesthesia Staffing Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website anesync.com and the CME Broker and Anesthesia Staffing applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. Please read this policy carefully. 1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, purchase a subscription, or contact us, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, and payment information. Payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or card expiration date on our servers at any time.
1.2 Third-Party Account Credentials (CME Broker Service)
To perform CME data synchronization, our CME Broker service requires access to your American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) portal account and your CE Broker account. These credentials are used exclusively to read your CME activity records from the ABA portal and submit them to CE Broker on your behalf. Credentials are encrypted in transit using TLS and are stored using industry-standard encryption at rest. We do not use your ABA or CE Broker credentials for any purpose other than performing the synchronization service you have explicitly authorized.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you access our Services, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security monitoring, analytics, and improving our Services.
1.4 Cookies and Session Data
We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated state while you are logged in. These cookies are essential for the operation of the Services and do not track your activity across other websites. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in to the Services.

ABA and CE Broker. By subscribing to the CME Broker service, you authorize us to access your ABA account data and submit it to CE Broker on your behalf. This data transfer is the core function of the service and occurs only with your explicit consent.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any such change in ownership.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only, and regular security reviews of our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your account information for a period of 90 days to allow for account reactivation, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. Third-party account credentials (ABA and CE Broker) are deleted immediately upon account cancellation or upon your written request. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.

Access and Portability. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a structured, machine-readable format.
Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information about you.
Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
Withdrawal of Consent. Where we process your information based on consent (such as access to your ABA and CE Broker accounts), you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent will result in termination of the CME Broker service.
Subscription Management. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal accessible from your account dashboard, or by contacting us directly.
